If the device stops responding or parts become loose, please contact [email protected] to get assistance and/or to fix or replace the device.
Please describe the symptoms that is observed.
To start the Tracer device using an alternative method you will have to use the terminal.
Enter the following command:
$ ./start/up.shIgnore the $ as this represents the terminal prompt.
The app should start.
